I had a colonoscopy this morning 091223 The nursing staff was amazing as usual. My complaint is with Dr Chandra I received a minor sedation and was awake for the whole procedure and felt everything. At the point it was really painful and I asked if I could have some more sedation and was told no. Dr Chandra was irritated with me telling me not to talk and I was tensing up. My nurse was doing amazing and put her hand on me to help me. They removed 3 polyps This was a rough painful experience and will not use or recomend Chandra to anyone else. I was able to walk out with no assistance aa the sedation was so mild.
Nurses were very professional and friendly. Facility and operation were efficient and looked like state of the art equipment. I only talked to Dr Dhanuka for about 20 seconds before I went under sedation. No contact with him when finished. Just a report. Another 20 seconds with him would have been enough. I have some questions about the results . Finally, I was told a nurse would call me the next day. Didn’t happen
My overall experience was very positive. The front desk staff were polite. The nursing staff was excellent. They were polite, responsive and informative. Simply said, they were kind. Both my doctor (Dr. Dhanuka) and the anesthesiologist were friendly and informative. Both spoke to me prior to the procedure, and my doctor spoke to me afterwards.

The workers are all very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Spinka was very nice and asked if I had any questions about the procedure at any point. They are all efficient in what they do.
