Dr. Eickhoff graduated from Emory University in Atlanta with a degree in mathematics. He moved back to his home town to attend St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Eickhoff then completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Ore. He went on to specialize in Gastroenterology at the Yale affiliated fellowship program in Bridgeport Connecticut. Dr. Eickhoff is board certified in Gastroenterology and performs advanced GI procedures including capsule endoscopy and ERCP.
